What is kept, and for how long
A meeting keeps its audio, transcript, summary and notes. Settings, Privacy and data says how long each is kept before it's deleted by itself; a team workspace can set a shorter time for its meetings.
Hide personal details
With it on, email addresses, phone numbers and card, bank and ID numbers show as [email], [phone] and so on, and the AI reads only that. It reduces what's shown but doesn't guarantee everything is caught: the audio isn't masked.

In Settings, Privacy and data, request an export. You get a .zip with your account and every meeting you own, ready to download for a few days.
