Verbiva pricing
Verbiva is free at launch, and the free plan has every language feature. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are planned but not on sale yet; they'll add more hours, not more languages.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The free plan is for trying Verbiva on real meetings:
- 2 hours of transcription a month
- 5 summaries, 30 questions and 3 translations a month
- 2 audio imports a month
- Recordings up to 90 minutes each
- Audio kept 7 days, then deleted by itself
- Auto-detected spoken language, summaries in your language, and answers in the language you ask in
Can I pay for more yet?
Not yet. Payments aren't switched on at launch. These are the planned paid plans; prices may change before they go on sale.
Pro (planned)
- $14 a month, or $10 a month billed yearly
- 10 hours of transcription a month
- 30 summaries, 300 questions and 20 translations a month
- Recordings up to 4 hours each
- You choose how long audio is kept
Team (planned)
- $22 per seat a month, or $17 per seat a month billed yearly, from 2 seats
- 20 hours of transcription per seat a month, shared across the team
- 50 summaries, 500 questions and 40 translations per seat a month
- A shared workspace with an owner, admins and members
- The admin sets how long audio is kept
What happens when I reach a limit?
New audio waits. It's kept, never lost, and transcribed when your allowance renews (or when your plan grows). Settings, Plan and usage shows what's left and when it renews.
Why might I join a waitlist?
The free plan shares one monthly AI budget across all free accounts. If it runs out, free AI features pause until next month (your recordings still save and are transcribed then), and new free sign-ups join a waitlist until space opens.
Do paid plans get more languages?
No. Every language feature is on every plan, the free one included.
How long are transcripts and summaries kept?
Audio is deleted after the plan's time (7 days on Free). Transcripts, summaries and notes stay until you delete them, unless you choose a shorter time (30, 90 or 365 days) in Settings, Privacy and data; a team workspace can set a shorter time for its meetings.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere it's offered, for people aged 16 and over. For now, Verbiva isn't offered in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Quebec, or in places under a comprehensive US embargo.
